Home Studio

NeuroMuscular Therapy Center was located on Main Street, from 2003 to 2009. 

Today, James and Shirley are very happy to be offering Healing Therapies out of their home.  A lovely three bedroom Condo in the Mountain Haven Cooperative Homes community in the Three Sisters Mountain Village, just minutes from Canmore, has proven to be an ideal setting for a professional massage clinic while being comfortable and welcoming for their guests. 

We Have Two Cats

They are Rag Doll Kitties and spend most of their time sleeping on the couch. Having a coat of long hair, they tend to be less allergy causing than the short hair varieties, as they don't produce as much dander. They will not jump on you or onto the massage table and they don't go into the treatment room.  If you have severe allergies and would like to benefit from the NeuroMuscular Technique,  we also work at Bodhi Tree Spa in Canmore, 403 609 - 7288 and when you book, just request James or Shirley as your provider.

Booking Appointments

As we have no receptionist, the most efficient way to book your appointment is by the Online Reservation System 24 hours a day.  To inquire about a possible Same Day Appointment you will need to phone, as the on-line system will not allow you to book for the same day. Please keep business calls to between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM as this is our Home phone as well.   Click: on line to book your appointment now.

Number of Guests

We have one treatment room and can perform only one massage at a time.  However couples are welcome, while one is being massaged, your partner can be enjoying the personal Infra-Red Sauna which is complimentary with all massages.  Typical time in the sauna is 45 minutes, plus the time for changing and showering would be the same time frame as a one hour massage.   And there is always relaxing and enjoying a beautiful mountain valley view while you wait. 

Life Experience Gift Certificates

If you hold a Shoppers Drug Mart, Life Experience Gift Certificate, we are sorry to inform you that we are no longer affiliated with the program.  Please contact the customer service number on the back of the card and they will reimburse you for your purchase.

Gift Certificates

Gift Cards are available for purchase in person or by mailing in a cheque. In the event the card or certificate is lost, we keep a record and will honor your gift. Your Gift Card will come inserted in an attractive theme card, (Xmas, Valentine, Birthday, etc) where there is room to write a message and the nature of the gift.

Sauna Clothing

A bathing suit is not necessary as Robes, Towels and Slippers are provided for Sauna and Shower use.
