Far InfraRed Sauna Therapy

State-Of-The-Art Technology
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have recognized the therapeutic value of heating the body for better health, healing and greater vitality. The Mayans, Native Americans, the Inuit, and the Europeans all developed their own version of sauna and sweat lodges. Two thousand years ago the ancient Greek physician Paemendides said, "Give me a chance to create fever and I will cure any disease." That is still true today. Soft Heat saunas are especially designed to create a deep, penetrating heat, thereby causing an increase in metabolism which produces profuse sweating. Stress, toxic chemicals, airborne pollutants, poor dietary and exercise habits all effect our health. With the trend toward more holistic approaches to health and wellness, the sauna is a leader in the field.

What is Far InfraRed Heat?
Far InfraRed is a wavelength of light that we experience as heat. For example when you are laying out on a sunny day and a cloud passes in front of the sun and you instantly feel a chill, the air temperature has not dropped, you just lost your infrared heat. Thus InfraRed heats objects and not the air. This translates into a much more tolerable temperature in the sauna. Our own body radiates infrared energy. Palm healing is a 3000 year old Chinese tradition, is based on the properties of this natural infrared energy.

Breath Easier! Detoxify More!
Soft Heat ceramic emitters are engineered to produce radiant heat that is within the frequency levels of our own body heat and thus is in tune with our own energy system. It is therefore safe, compatible, and highly effective. The heat will penetrate 1.5 inches deep in to the tissue producing a greater release of toxins and increased healing. Traditional saunas operate at a much hotter air temperatures of 180 - 220F, making it impossible for many who cannot tolerate this discomfort. Infrared saunas allow you to breath with ease, stay longer, enjoy reading or listening to music and to feel great and energized when you are finished, rather than exhausted and fatigued.

InfraRed Sauna Therapy
Use the sauna on those days when your body is fatigued from physical activities and you'll wake in the morning without any second day soreness. Use the sauna to relieve the aches of arthritis and fibromyalgia. Use the sauna to prevent cancerous tumor growth. Use the sauna after a massage to enhance the healing effects of the massage.

Take One Home
Take a therapeutic holiday everyday ... with your own portable infrared sauna. The Soft Heat sauna uses dramatically less power to operate than a traditional sauna or hot tub. Most units just plug directly into your standard 110V wall outlet. The advanced Infra-Red emitters heat up quickly to produce maximum output. 10 minute warm up and the sauna is ready when you are. All units are packaged disassembled for safer and easier handling. Amazingly, the Soft Heat saunas takes only minutes to assemble and require no tools other than an allen wrench, which is provided with each unit. Each sauna is like a fine piece of furniture finished to our exacting and high standards. All units are double wall constructed. Choose from 2 person approximately 4ft by 4ft to the popular 3 person 4ft by 6ft models. Manufactured in Calgary Soft Heat uses the finest quality Canadian Cedar exterior and interior. Come on in to NeuroMuscular Therapy Center to experience the therapeutic heat and to learn more about models and sizes.

Pain Relief Benefits
Successful reduction of pain due to arthritis, muscle spasms, muscle tension, bursitis, tendonitis, compression fractures, adhesions, repetitive stress syndromes, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains, strains and lactic acid causing post exercise muscle pain. The soft heat of the sauna brings more blood and the accompanying nutrients to the tissues, giving them the ability to repair and rebuild faster and more effectively. Metabolic waste, damaged tissue, and toxins in the tissue slow down recover and again the InfraRed sauna improves recovery by sweating out these inhibiting toxins. Tissues heated to 45C and then stretched exhibit a 10 to 18% increase in length. Valuable for ligaments, joint capsules, tendons, fascia and synovium that has become scarred, thickened or contracted.

Detoxification Benefits
Research shows that environmental pollutants are so ubiquitous that there's no place on earth to escape them. Phthalates outgas from plastics and leach into our food and beverages, where they damage hormone receptors leading to loss of sex drive and energy, or they damage brain chemistry leading to learning disabilities and hyperactivity or they accumulate in organs and trigger cancers of the prostate, breast, lung and thyroid. We may think we live in a pristine environment miles away from industry, yet Japan's, China's, and Russia's pollutants are in the upper air stream and falling on our Arctic and on us. So as these toxins accumulate we start to see more and more ill health, and if you work in an industry that uses highly toxic materials, jewelers, fire fighters, painters, auto mechanics etc. you are at higher risk. The solution is a healthy diet, antioxidant supplements and the InfraRed Sauna, as it is an unsurpassed expeller of toxins due to the increase in blood circulation, profuse sweating and the deep penetration of heat.

Safe and Effective for All
Physicians at the Mayo clinic were able to treat the worst classification of end-stage congestive heart failure patients who were maximally medicated and unable to tolerate a warm bath, much less a sauna. Not only did they tolerate the InfraRed sauna, they had no side effects, and in getting rid of the chemicals that were the underlying cause of their disease, they improved their heart function. InfraRed sauna literally saved their lives. Conditions associated with poor circulation respond well to increased peripheral vascular dilation, such as arthritis, nervous tension, diabetes, varicose veins, fatigue, menstrual cramps, upset stomachs, decubitus ulcers, post operative edema, rheumatism, stretch marks and bursitis.
